Voice Data

• When you use voice input, audio is processed by Expo Speech Recognition
• Audio is NOT stored permanently
• Voice data is used only for transcription to text

Data Storage and Security

Supabase Database

• All user data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data is encrypted at rest
• Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensure users can only access their own data

AI Processing

• Meal plan generation uses AI
• Only necessary data (pantry items, macros) is sent to AI
• AI does NOT store your meal plan data permanently
• All AI interactions are anonymous (no personal identifiers sent)

• Active accounts: Data retained while account is active

• Meal plans: Stored indefinitely unless you delete them
• Backups: Retained for 30 days for disaster recovery

• Access: View all your data at any time in the app
• Export: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Delete specific meal plans or your entire account
• Modify: Update your profile, goals, and preferences

How to Exercise Your Rights

• Delete account: Go to Profile → Delete Account
• Delete meal plans: Go to History → Delete individual plans

• Data access: All your data is visible in the app

Children's Privacy

Qedamio is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Data Sharing
